How We Ensure Product Quality (Quality Control & Inspection Process)

At Jangga Trade, quality assurance is our top priority. We understand that buyers need confidence in their products, especially when dealing with international suppliers. To ensure high-quality standards and consistency, we have a strict quality control (QC) process at every stage of production.

This guide outlines our quality control measures, inspection process, and how we handle quality-related concerns.

🔹 1️⃣ Our Quality Control (QC) Process

We follow a 3-stage quality control system to prevent defects and maintain high standards.

📌 Stage 1: Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) – Before Manufacturing Starts

Raw Material & Ingredient Inspection – We verify that all ingredients, packaging, and components meet required standards before production begins.
Sample & Prototype Approval – If the buyer requests customization (OEM/ODM), we confirm the prototype/sample before mass production.
Production Process Review – We check if the factory follows proper procedures, including hygiene and manufacturing regulations.

Purpose: Identify and fix issues before mass production starts.

📌 Stage 2: In-Process Inspection (IPI) – During Production

Random Sampling & Quality Checks – Our inspectors examine products at different stages of production.
Packaging & Labeling Review – We ensure packaging meets branding requirements and is free from printing errors.
Safety & Compliance Testing – Products undergo safety, stability, and performance testing based on industry regulations.

Purpose: Prevent production defects and ensure consistent product quality.

📌 Stage 3: Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) – Before Shipping

Final Product Testing – We test the finished goods for functionality, appearance, and durability.
Quantity Verification – We confirm that the correct number of units is packed and ready for shipment.
Drop Test & Transit Simulation – We check if the packaging can withstand shipping and handling.
Certification & Compliance Check – If needed, we provide MSDS, COA, FDA approval, or other regulatory documents.

Purpose: Ensure defect-free products before they leave the factory.

🔹 2️⃣ Third-Party Inspection Options

For added confidence, buyers can request an independent third-party inspection from certified agencies such as:

SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance)
Bureau Veritas
TÜV Rheinland
Intertek

Buyers can also send their own inspection team to verify the products before shipping.

💡 Note: Third-party inspection costs are covered by the buyer unless stated otherwise in the contract.

🔹 3️⃣ Handling Defective Products & Quality Concerns

At Jangga Trade, we take full responsibility for quality issues caused by manufacturing defects.

📌 If defects are found:
✔ Report any quality issues within 7 days of receiving the goods.
✔ Provide clear photos/videos of the defective items.
✔ Our team will review the issue and offer a solution, such as:

  • Free replacement of defective units
  • Discount or credit for future orders
  • Refund (in rare cases, based on agreement terms)

📌 For bulk orders over 500 units:
✔ We provide 12 extra units per product to cover potential defects.

🔹 4️⃣ How We Maintain Consistent Quality

📌 Factory Audits & Supplier Evaluation
✔ We only work with certified factories that follow ISO, GMP, or other industry standards.
✔ Each supplier undergoes a strict qualification process before we partner with them.

📌 Regular Quality Checks
✔ We conduct scheduled inspections even when there are no active orders.
✔ Random spot checks ensure that manufacturing remains consistent.

📌 Batch Tracking System
✔ Every batch of production is assigned a unique tracking number.
✔ This allows us to trace any defects back to the source and improve future production.

🚀 Conclusion

At Jangga Trade, we follow strict quality control protocols to ensure that every product meets international standards. From raw materials to final inspection, we take multiple steps to prevent defects and maintain consistent product quality.
